Why Coast Cams Exists

In 2009, I moved to Dawlish to care for my father in his final months. During this incredibly tough time, my daily ritual was walking to Dawlish coast and watching the waves.

Those quiet moments of reflection, calm, and connection with nature became my way of coping. And I knew—if I could bring this feeling to people’s homes, it could help so many others. In 2014, I made it happen.

Today, thousands of Coasters start and end their day with Coast Cams. They eat breakfast in Dartmouth, lunch in Dawlish, and escape to Teignmouth to watch the sunset—without ever leaving home.
